1. About the service
Onesyde coordinates shopping and delivery of products sourced from local stores within active service areas. Catalogue availability, prices and delivery coverage are location-specific. Onesyde does not represent that it owns the local stores from which products are sourced.
2. Your account
Provide accurate contact and delivery information, keep sign-in details secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity through your account. Access may be restricted to protect customers, staff or the service against abuse, fraud or unlawful activity.
3. Products and order acceptance
Product listings describe available catalogue items, but local stock is confirmed during fulfilment. Photos may be illustrative; always check the product description and pack size. An order reference acknowledges receipt, not a guarantee of stock, delivery time or payment confirmation. Onesyde may contact you about unavailable items.
4. Prices, fees and tips
Prices and order totals are shown in Nigerian naira. Delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds depend on service area, distance and weight. Tips are optional and allocated to the rider. Final prices and stock are checked when the order is placed; any later adjustment requires your approval and payment review.
5. Payment
Use only payment instructions verified through Onesyde support. Placing an order does not constitute a successful payment. Online card payment is not currently enabled. Payment and refund status must be confirmed by Onesyde; an order status or cancellation alone is not proof that money has moved.
6. Substitutions and cancellations
Proposed replacements require your decision. Contact support promptly to request cancellation or changes. Eligibility depends on fulfilment stage, product condition, applicable consumer protections and verified payment. No fixed refund deadline is promised in this draft. A refund is complete only when its transfer is confirmed.
7. Delivery and handoff
Provide a correct address, phone number, pin and delivery instructions. Estimates are not guaranteed deadlines. Traffic, preparation, access and safety can affect arrival. Share your delivery code only once the order reaches you. Report missing, wrong, damaged or unsafe items promptly with the order reference and available evidence.
8. Product safety and lawful use
Check labels, allergens, expiry dates and storage instructions before use. Do not order restricted products without meeting legal requirements. Age verification or additional handling rules may apply where relevant. Contact support before consuming any product suspected to be unsafe.
9. Complaints and responsibility
Raise complaints through the order's support channel. Onesyde will review order records and available evidence. Nothing in these terms removes non-excludable consumer rights under Nigerian law. Liability and remedies remain subject to applicable law; this draft does not impose an unreviewed liability cap.
10. Changes and applicable law
The version presented at checkout applies to your order. Material changes should be published before taking effect. These terms are intended for service in Nigeria and require review against Nigerian consumer and commerce law before commercial launch.
